An indoor or outdoor space with approximately 6–8 feet per participant is ideal. A permanent barre is not required; portable solutions can be accommodated. Barre and all other props are provided by us.

Wear any workout clothing that feels comfortable to you. You’ll remove your shoes before entering class. We provide all nature props. We provide mats, you are welcome to bring yours as well.

The barre is use as a prop, along with many other props. Our Barre classes are designed to complement wellness programming, enhance posture, core strength, and balance and are accessible for all guest of all fitness levels.
